CBI has transformed the knowledge and respect of history's great architects and builders into its own vision to construct period-specific homes that enrich the communities of Chicago's North Shore. Brett, Todd, and Jim Marlowe formed CBI by uniting more than 70 years of building experience with a passion for historical design, quality and dedicated service.
